Pick how many builds you'll take each week: 0 closes the week, 1 or 2 sets the slots. Closed weeks show as fully booked to clients. Bookings still show so you know which weeks have real requests.
Setting a week to 0 (or fewer slots than it has bookings) still hides it from new clients — existing bookings stay on your calendar. Set it back to 1 or 2 to reopen. This all writes to your Ketchup Builds calendar under the hood, just easier.
These are people who asked to be notified if a full week frees up. When you reopen a week that has someone waiting, it turns green — call them first. Tap Call or Text to reach them; Remove takes them off the list (and off your calendar) once you've connected.
