Yes — once, free, with at least 7 days' notice, and we'll move you to the next open week that works. Life happens; we're not going to punish you for it.
After you reserve, you'll get a short questionnaire and a shared workspace. Typically: your logo/brand assets, any existing content, and 30 minutes for a kickoff call. We handle the rest.
Once we confirm your week, we send you a deposit invoice directly — no payment happens on this page. The deposit applies in full toward your project and is refundable up to 7 days before your build week (that's the window where we've committed the time). We'll always be straight with you about it.
