What Standard Do We Follow?

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines are the widely recognized benchmark for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a range of abilities. We use them as our target as we build and maintain the site.

What Have We Done?

Concrete measures we have built into this site include:

• Semantic HTML so screen readers and other assistive tools can understand the structure of each page.
• Keyboard navigation so the site can be operated without a mouse, including access to menus and links.
• Reduced motion support that honors your system preference and turns off animations if you have asked your device to minimize motion.
• A contrast checked dark theme designed so text stands out clearly against its background for readability.

Where Do We Still Fall Short?

We want to be honest rather than perfect on paper. A few known limitations:

• Some older insights articles and embedded third party content may not fully meet every AA criterion yet. We fix these as we find them.
• A small number of decorative animations and hover effects are optimized for pointer devices, though core content and navigation remain fully available without them.

If you hit a barrier we have not listed here, we would genuinely like to know so we can fix it.
